How do I place an order?

You can place an order via our official website at www.beltiful.com.

Ordering via official website:

If you are ordering via our website, simply browse through our online store and add items you wish to purchase by adding them to shopping cart. Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘Check Out’. You may sign up an account for easier checkout. Please ensure that your contact details are accurately filled up and choose your payment method. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation from Beltiful & Co. upon confirmation via email.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, of course you can! You can make an order as a guest. However, we do encourage you to sign up in order to enjoy additional 10% discount on your first order, and for easier checkout on your next purchase. You may opt to subscribe our newsletters to receive latest updates, new arrivals and sales promotions.

Can I combine discounts?

Only 1(one) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with referral codes or any other membership rewards.

How do you deliver orders?

We use J & T, Janio or SingPost (at our sole discretion) to deliver your order. Our delivery service does not deliver to Delivery Restricted Areas such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, Alps Ave and Changi Airport. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification contains tracking number to the fulfillment email.

How much does postage cost?

Shipping is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and after applied any discounts, vouchers and promotions.

Singapore :

Orders below S$25 : S$1.90 per order
Orders S$25 and above : Free shipping

Malaysia :

Orders below S$100 : S$8 per order
Orders S$100 and above : Free shipping

How long does shipping take?

Singapore : 2-4 working days
Malaysia : 7-10 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Shipping time is also subjected to custom clearance. Do you deliver worldwide?

Our current international delivery cover Malaysia only.

How long do you take to dispatch my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) upon verification of payment.

Do you offer self-collection?

We regret that currently we don’t offer any self-collection.

Returns

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you are returning item. Please indicate your name, address, order No, contact number, reason for returning, photo or video of the product you wish to return in your email. We will revert back to you within 7 working days with instructions for returning the product. Beltiful & Co. offers complimentary shipping for the exchange or return that met the return policy. Please refer Exchange, Return and Refund Policy for more information.

Can I cancel an order?

We are regret that any order being processed cannot be cancelled.

What is sterling silver?

Pure silver also known as fine silver contains 99.9% silver and 0.1% trace elements. Pure silver is relatively too soft and malleable to use in jewellery making because of its high purity. To make complex designs from silver, silver is usually mixed with other metals to increase its hardness, making it more durable. Sterling silver consists of 92.5% silver and the other 7.5% is an amalgam of other metals such as copper. Therefore, Sterling Silver is sometimes referred to as ‘925 Silver’ or ‘925 Sterling Silver’.

Which type of earrings should I purchase if I have an allergic skin?

For customers who have allergic skin, we recommend you to purchase earrings labelled with S925 or 18K Gold. However, if you are allergic to a particular metal, S925 might not be suitable for you, although they are suitable to sensitive skin. You will still get a reaction as your immune system sees that metal as a foreign substance and starts to create an immune reaction against it leading to rash, redness, itchy and blister. If wearing jewellery causes you to develop a skin reaction, remove it right away and allow your skin time to heal.

Can I wear the jewellery to shower?

We do not recommend doing this as it may accelerate the chance of the jewellery snagging of chains by accident or tarnish.

Why does sterling silver jewellery tarnish (turn black or dark brown) over time?

Sterling silver tarnishes because of the added alloy metals, with the added metals sterling silver is easily turning black or dark brown. When exposed to oxygen and sulphur compounds in the air, it will tarnish naturally over time. It is completely normal and sterling silver will even tarnish faster in high humidity areas.

How to remove tarnish from sterling silver jewellery?

You may use Beltiful’s silver polishing cloth or soft cloth with tarnish-cleaning agents to remove tarnish. Gently rub the silver jewellery several times then rinse the silver in lukewarm water and leave completely dry before you store them in jewellery box. Your silver jewellery will be able to turn shinny and sparkly again. Nonetheless, we highly recommend you to wear your silver jewellery often as this is one of the best way to prevent tarnish from building up. Avoid using chlorine, bleach, ammonia or any chemical solution to clean your silver jewellery. For more severe tarnish, we suggest you to look for professional silver polishing services.
