We hope that you have a delighted shopping experience with Beltiful & Co. Notwithstanding the above, we understand that there are times you would like to exchange and return items to us.
Here are some helpful guidelines in guiding you with the exchange and return process.
- We take seriously in quality assurance and check through all items before we dispatch. However, in the event that you received defective or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You may refer to How to proceed with return, refund or exchange for more information.
- Exchanges and returns are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that all earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons unless exchange and return policy below are met.
- All clearance items, sales items with promotional codes and free gifts, that include Surprise Box are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to differences in monitors, colour of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. Hence, exchange, return or refund due to colour variations will not be accepted.
- Sterling Silver/S925 Silver are easily bent due to its soft nature, if you received bent pins please simply straighten it gently!
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for defective goods, manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
- Goods are entitled for exchange if returned in saleable condition, original packaging, unworn and unused.
- Exchange items are subject to availability, in the event that the exchange item is out of stock, you may choose to exchange for any other available item of equal or lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in value.
- For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price to eligible for the exchange.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for defective goods, manufacturing defects and incorrect items received.
- Goods are entitled for return if returned in saleable condition, original packaging, unworn and unused.
- We are regret that we are unable to refund any item which has been used, worn and not in the original condition in which it was dispatched by us. In the event of product return, any free gifts associated with the purchased item must be returned together in original unopened condition.
Refund policy
- A refund (will be based on the original amount paid for the returned item after any discount) will only be available if your returned item(s) or item(s) purchased is out of stock. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will take about 7-14 working days to be credited back depending on your original payment method.
Bounced Mail Return Policy
- All bounced mails by our partner delivery courier services are subject to a re-mailing fee of S$5.00 inclusive of miscellaneous fee and packaging cost.
How to proceed with exchange, return or refund?

- Please indicate your name, address, order No, contact number, reason for returning, photo or video of the product you wish to exchange or return in your email. We will revert back to you within 7 working days with instructions for returning the product.
- Do not send your items back to us before you receive a confirmation for your return. Beltiful & Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request based on the assessment conducted on the returned item(s) and have the item(s) returned to customers with shipping charges to be borne by customer.
- Return and exchange of item(s) must be done via trackable mailing method within 10 working days. Any item(s) received after 10 working days will not be entertained. We will proceed with the return, exchange or refund after we received the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.
- Beltiful & Co. offers complimentary shipping for the exchange or return that met the exchange and return policy.
We apologize that we will not be responsible for any parcel(s) lost in transit.
In case of dispute, Beltiful & Co. will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
