Shipping

• All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) upon verification of payment.
• Please ensure that the mailing address provided to us is complete and accurate, postal code and unit number is stated correctly. Beltiful & Co. will not be responsible for any missing or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address provided to us.
• For returned parcel due to incomplete address, unclaimed or whatsoever reason, you will be responsible to additional shipping fee if you required us to resend the parcel. However, if you want to cancel the entire order, we will refund back to your original payment method after deduct handling and processing fee and shipping fee incurred on first attempt delivery.

Shipping within Singapore

• Enjoy free local delivery with purchase of S$25 and above in a single order after applied any discounts, vouchers and promotions.
• For order below S$25, shipping fee of S$1.90 per order is applicable. Your order will be delivered by J & T, Janio or SingPost (at our sole discretion).
• Estimated delivery time will be 2-4 working days upon dispatch your order. Please leave us a note during checkout for any special request.
• You will receive an email notification contains tracking number from the email address that you have provided to us.
• Our delivery service does not deliver to Delivery Restricted Areas such as Jurong Island, Sentosa, Alps Ave and Changi Airport.

Shipping to Malaysia

• Enjoy free shipping to Malaysia with purchase of S$100 and above in a single order after applied any discounts, vouchers and promotions.
• For order below S$100, shipping fee of S$8 per order is applicable. Your order will be delivered by Qxpress.
• Estimated delivery time will be 7-10 working days subject no delay at custom upon dispatch your order. Please leave us a note during checkout for any special request.
• You will receive an email notification contains tracking number from the email address you have provided to us.
• For international shipping, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes that may be incurred and determined by your local customs.
• Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will not be able to cancel your order, issue a refund or pay for the tax in order for you to receive your parcel. You will be responsible for all re-shipping of your orders due to this refusal. Beltiful & Co. will not be responsible for any delay caused by custom.
